YouBunk Inc. assumes no responsibility in regard to any lease made with the landlord or any arrangements made by students for accommodation. Students are advised to meet with the owner and inspect the premises before signing a lease.

    4. provide inaccurate contact information or other information relative to your move or property;
    5. harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent;
    6. offer youbunk.com renters concessions less favorable than those offered to youbunk.com renters;
    7. transmit to youbunk.com or any user any information or materials of any kind which (i) violate, plagiarize or infringe on the intellectual property or contractual rights of any third party; or (ii) are libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive; or (iii) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
  6. Images displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with permission by YouBunk Inc.. The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions or elsewhere on the Site.
